My family of six, anchored by my late father, Jose Rosas, a former military stalwart, and my devoted mother, Tirsa Gonzalez, embodies the essence of warmth and resilience. Alongside my cherished sisters, Desiree, Denysse, and Deliannys, I was nurtured in an environment of love and ambition, shaping the foundation of my upbringing.

My journey unfolded amidst the exhilarating realm of taekwondo, where I emerged as a high-performance athlete, gracing numerous championships and fostering invaluable connections. Venturing into academia, I embarked on a path in Human Resources, recognizing its profound societal significance. In 2015, I attained my degree with distinction from the Agustín Codazzi University of Technology, a testament to my unwavering commitment to excellence.

Relocating to Panama City, I established my own family, blessed with two radiant children, Daniel and Emma. My collegiate tenure bestowed upon me the expertise to navigate the intricacies of personnel management, tailoring strategies to meet organizational imperatives while nurturing individual potential.

I have unwavering passion for neatness and organization, which I am looking forward to enhancing at MGRI Joining the esteemed ranks of Montessori Global represents an unparalleled opportunity for personal and professional growth for me.
